What we do
Services for citizens and institutions
The Commission is an independent constitutional office. We take no side but the citizen's, we charge nothing, and we answer to Parliament — not to the body you are complaining about.
Every person has the right to administrative action that is expeditious, efficient, lawful, reasonable and procedurally fair.

Every complaint begins with someone being listened to.
